I think the fact that she brought it up means she's considering you as a possibility. Be cool and don't be in a rush. Enjoy the makeout and ease her into the rest. I remember when I was in that sitiuation I was just worried that the guy would run a mile. I was mainly worried the guy would not be interested anymore because I thought his expectations may have been different to mine. Thanks to some pretty intense social conditioning I think lots of girls want their first time to be 'special', and I remember being concerned that whilst I wanted a relationship that the guy I was with may have just wanted to sex. So whilst there is no problem with you being more experienced than her sexually, I think that it is important that you handle the situation with sensitivity and make sure you know what each other wants. If you sleep with her, then she may well expect more than just casual sex. If a fling is all you're after that's fine, but make sure she knows that you're not really interested in a relationship right now. If she is totally aware of where you stand then it's her choice whether sleeping with you would be the right idea or not. Giving people choice and being open is actually really empowering- and if she does decide to sleep with you, you know it's because she was really into you and didn't feel 'pressured' into it or thought that by sleeping with you you would become her boyfriend (girls often make slightly silly assumptions like this). If she backs off, then be understanding.
